## What we do

We help pet brands, online sellers and retailers turn a product idea into a clear sourcing brief, understand the landed cost, and get introduced to Chinese manufacturers that can make the product. We are an introducer, not the manufacturer and not a party to your purchase contract.

## What happens when you send a request

You describe what you need in your own words or in the short form. We turn it into a structured brief with the missing details flagged and the likely duty and compliance points noted. With your consent, your brief and contact details are shared with manufacturers that fit your product and quantity. They reply to you directly.

## What we do not do

We do not manufacture, hold stock or take payment for goods. We do not guarantee any supplier or product. We do not say a supplier is verified or a product is safe unless we have checked it, and then we say how. The contract, the goods and the payment are between you and the supplier.

## How we use AI

We use AI to help read your request and to draft parts of the brief. AI does not produce duty rates, taxes or compliance requirements: those come from named sources with a date. A person reviews the brief before it goes anywhere.
